Directions: If you're used to the foaming of conventional toothpastes, this toothpaste may take a few weeks to adjust to! Add 1-2 pea sized blobs to toothbrush & brush as normal. For best results, use on a dry toothbrush. Regular brushing twice daily with Weleda Salt Toothpaste prevents staining and tartar build-up.
