Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling

I understand that circumstances can change, and appointments may need to be canceled or rescheduled. To ensure that I am able to provide you with the best possible care and accommodate others' scheduling needs, there is a strict 24-hour cancellation and reschedule policy:

Cancellation Policy:

1. If you need to cancel your appointment, I require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled appointment time.
2. If you fail to provide 24 hours’ notice or do not show up for your appointment, this will result in a non refundable cancellation fee of $40AUD.                                                                             

Rescheduling Policy:

1. If you need to reschedule your appointment, I require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled appointment time.
2. If you fail to provide 24 hours’ notice to reschedule your appointment, you will be charged a rescheduling fee of $20AUD.                                                                                I understand that emergencies may arise and special circumstances may require last-minute changes. In these cases, please contact as soon as possible, and I will do my best to accommodate your needs.
